Where do we board?

Our crusies depart from the Marina at Rowes Wharf at 60 Rowes Wharf. We are located behind the Boston Harbor Hotel in the Ferry Terminal Building

How do we check in?

On the day of your cruise we reccommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your departure time. Our Captain will meet you in the Ferry Terminal Building and get you aboard. Please bring your vouchers along with you, or have the ability to mark your voucher as redeeemed on your device.

Where do we park?

Parking is available in any of the nearby garages, including one right here at Boston Harbor Hotel. Street parking is also available on a very limited basis. The Blue Line Aquarium stop is the closest to us.

What if I need to Cancel?

Cancellations are no problem at all if made more than 72 hours before departure. Cancellations inside this window unfortunately forfeit all payments. 

Inclement Weather?

We will reschedule cruises if the weather is deemed either unsafe by the Coast Guard or uncomfortable as deemed by our Captain. Trips will be rescheduled, not refunded.

Food and Drink

You may bring along food and drink on all of our cruises. If the food or drink is deemed delicious however, our Captain may confiscate it as contraband and eat it!

What boat will we be on?

In our effort to run the greenest cruise possible, we will assign the vessel with the closest capacity to our number of seats booked. This allows for a more personalized experience for you, and a lower carbon footprint for the earth. Should you require a specific boat for your cruise, please call or email us prior to your departure to discuss options.
